Org. Fair Trade Mexico: Light to medium Roast. Medium Body. Mild flavor with a bright hint of Cocoa - dark chocolate and sligh cinnamon/clove, dry finish and lemon peel acidity. Beautiful aroma of spices like, cinnamon, brown sugar, caramel, and walnut. Sweet cup and well balance.

Very clean cup and the coffee is processed by a Mayan cooperative. The microclimate and the high altitudes of 4,000 to 5,000 foot are perfect for the production of this high quality coffee. Certified organic Certimex Organic, FLO international. Li Maya Cooperative has 318 producers in 21 communities.
